I have ordered Redmi Note 7 pro in flash sale with exchange offer by my old phone Redmi Note 4.
Order arrived after couple of days and Flipkart executive denied picking up my old phone and delivering new arrived phone even though my phone is in good condition and meets their all requirements as mentioned by Flipkart before placing order.
