I am utterly disappointed by the Vodafone customer service representative. I called today evening as there was some major problem happing with the Vodafone network, I was on an important business call and it got disconnected more than 8 times in 30 minutes which was very disgusting. Such a poor service I never expected from Vodafone and this is the 3rd time in a month I faced this problem and Yes it is a problem now being with Vodafone with such an inconsistency.  I called the customer desk and my call landed to one of the call centers in Kolkata as my Vodafone number 9830478381 is in Kolkata circle. A representative named SUDARSHAN picked the call I asked if there is any network outage going on due to which my calls were getting disconnected very frequently and causing lot of inconvenience. He said Yes there is some network upgradation happening. I told him that this the 3rd time in a month it is happening and we as a customer have to face lot of inconvenience without any notification. I requested to give it to a floor supervisor or a floor manager, he simply denied on my face and said there is no supervisor or manager and disconnected the call, I called again and the same person picked my call I again asked him give it to a supervisor I need to speak and I told him do not disconnect the call and he said I will disconnect and he disconnected the call. Is this the kind of customer service training you guys give to the representatives? Is this how the floor is managed by Vodafone?. How can an operation floor is operating without any floor supervisor or a floor manager? Please stop this verbiage and understand that this is not the practice followed in industry in any support desk. I am sorry to say this, this is not the industry standard and you guys are not following the good practice. I need an action on this and an apology. This is insulting.
