Hi Team,

I have order iphone 14 on 1st jun 2023. Order has been delivered on 3rd jun 2023. As per flipkart policy, this is a open box delivery. I have checked every details during open box delivery. There is no issue in hardware as well as software, also there is no damage on phone. On 6th jun, when I am going to setup my iPhone 14 i have checked serial number which is mentioned on phone box as well as in phone setting on apple office coverage website, they show this iphone 14 already activated on 5th April 2023. How it is possible?? When I made a purchase on 1st jun. It means this is a used device. Now I want to replace or return this product. I am continuously contacting flipkart and apple support but did not get any satisfactory answer from them.
I have attached every details related to my order. Kindly check and investigate this issue.
