Text of Complaint by Pardeep kumar:

I want to port my number to another cellular network provider, when i am trying to generate porting code I am getting below message
“UPC cannot be generated as there is subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.”
It’s been two months I have been continuously contacting customer care none of them are able to provide any resolution all they do, they take time to resolve issue with in 72 hours, and giving false assurance to resolve my issue and then they never contact to me, this is extremely disappointing and frustrating for me as those executives have no idea how to resolve my complain, that it is more than two months Airtel is unable to resolve my issue what a shame for company.
All the want to get my UPC code generated so that I can port out.
