Unprofessional, unethical, rude behaviour of your pick up/ delivery partner & inefficiency of Amazon.in to resolve my return Pickup issue related to my pending return pick up orders

Kind Attn: Sejal.R – Amazon CS,

Your pick up person again cancelled the return pickup orders of both 402-5365708-6785121 and 402-2476647-0773107 today 02.07.2022 stating fake reason as “Return pick-up refused by customer” ……fulfilling your tons of promise and commitment given in your trailing mail ((sarcastic!!)…..

NO RESPONSIBILITY, NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND NO CREDIBILITY..

LOST TRUST ON AMAZON.IN

I am shame on you and AMAZON.IN,

&

PEOPLE LOUGH AT YOU AND ON AMAZON.IN…

I very much regret to bring to your notice that your pick up partner again cancels my return Order ID: 402-2910872-6593940 today for pickup without even attempting it again saying fake reason as “Pick up refused by Customer”… Neither I get a single telephonic call from your pickup person nor he visited my home for pickup today..

I surprised, actually shocked to see this kind of willful defaulter from Amazon, he cancelled this return Order ID: 402-2910872-6593940 earlier, now again cancels without even attempting it… He already cancelled other 2 return orders, those items still pending for pickup, you rescheduled on 02-07-2022. He cancels again and again, even though you- customer care executives promised me, you made a provision not to cancel by him, but, he ignores everything, cancels again and again willfully without even attempting it..

I unable to understand whether your Delivery/pickup partners is working/ co-ordinates with Amazon for delivery/pickup process, or running his entity only to fulfill his own business interests.. I never heard or saw this kind of willful defaulter in my life time.. that too in a reputed Amazon..

Again with regretfully, I completely disappointed with the developments so far on this issue.. please guide me to return these 3 pending return orders at the earliest because the return window approaches very soon..

Once again, Your pick up partner is not showing up, or contacted me to pick up the above return items, but he markefd as ” customer refused to return the products”..

This is such a unprofessional, unethical attitude.. earlier he cancelled the previous return orders for these cancelled products on 28.06.22 yesterday against my return request dt 27.06.22 saying “product verification failed”;

I contacted Amazon CC through telephonic and made complaint against your delivery/ pick up partner, you created new return order, but again he didn’t show up or contacted me for taking up these return items..

As I already informed you on 28.06.2022, your/ this delivery/ pick up person neither comes to deliver/ pick up the product in our home nor contacting us over mobile number for delivery/ pick up, instead forcing us to reach out HIS PREFERRED LOCATION TO GET THE PRODUCT/ OR RETURN THE PRODUCT, also launguage/ the dialect, he uses is very rough and rude.

This is happening multiple times, already about 7 of my return/ cancelled items of my account & my spouse account still in our hands, I contacted Amazon Customer care multiple times, you- Amazon executives created multiple fresh return order and promising us, this will not happen again, you ensured me he can’t cancel the order, but again your pick up person cancels the return order without even attempting it..

We never expected this kind of rude behaviour from your Amazon delivery/ pick up partner; I am very much afraid of this kind of unprofessional & unethical practices from your delivery/ pick up partner, and cautions me not to place any new/ fresh orders in Amazon.in in future.. we are Amazon customer since almost last 10 years, bought so many products like oven, AC, TV, mobiles, etc., but never faced these kind of issues from Amazon.

I hope you understood the issue, please take appropriate actions on this pick up person/ partner, and guide me to return these cancelled products at the earliest.
