I received unknown parcel on 5th May 2023, as payment was done through phone pay by my younger member, bcz she thought it was ordered by one of senior member of family bt then i registered return pick up & refund complaint with Meesho, but during this whole 1 month period, they only misleaded me, mentally harassed me & they picked up that product after a long gap then immediately after 1 -2 days they cancelled my Complaint even before resolution of whole issue…
In the end they email me that they will nt refund my amount of 899/-..
Still i didn’t get my refund….

This is really nthng less than fraud & even i dnt expect that Meesho is one of the worst shppng platfrm in Ind….
