Actually approximately 1.5-2 months ago I lost my mobile phone with V sim card after which I am went to we store and ask for a new SIM card of my SIM number my previous sim card was prepared and the store person applied for a postpaid Sim on my behalf without even asking me he told me this after applied for the new SIM card and when I said him to change postpaid to prepaid he said as the application is already raised we cannot change it so please use postpaid sim this no extra charges and nothing but many other more features at that time I said OK but now when I received the bill of May month it shows a value added services added named fun portal which I never accessd never used and never applied for it has been activated on my account and I have been charged extra for it when I checked internet what is this one portal then I saw many other we user who had openly said that we does unauthorised transactions of of this and other value added services.
