This side SOMIL BHATNAGAR and iam using Vodafone number 9811229198.
They charged me unnecessary amount in my bill and now they restricted my incoming and outgoing calls.
My plan is 399monthly +gst.
I paid my total overdue in march15,2020 is Rs.2733.
And now they charges Rs.3366 for the month April 2020may.they Charged me unnecessary charges from playstore without my permission.
They also restricted my service on 9may .but still they are adding my monthly plan charges without using its services .
I called his customer care number couple of time but they are denying to assist me and cannot activate my number .
Iam a student how can I contact with anyone if I needed or help in this covid19 period .please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
