I called and requested vodafone to activate a plan for /- of international roaming because O was travelling to china.
They did not activate it however charged me 599/- daily for as long as I was in China to which now they claim is an automatic plan that gets activated itself.
I also called them after returning from China to deactivate the 5999/- plan to which they confirmed was deactivated on my request.
I have made multiple calls to them and they listen to the whole concern and put me on a 30 mins plus hold.
