Text of Complaint by Jishnu Ghosh:

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident regarding an order I placed at Sagar Biryani last evening.

At approximately 8:30 pm, I eagerly placed an order for a delicious serving of biryani, which came to a total of 132 rupees. Anticipating a delightful meal, I patiently awaited the arrival of my order. However, to my dismay, the delivery never arrived at my doorstep.

In an attempt to resolve the matter, I promptly contacted the shop owner to inquire about the whereabouts of my order. They informed me that the delivery boy had received the package but had failed to deliver it to me. Frustrated and disappointed, I sought assistance from the Magic Pin service center, hoping for a swift resolution to this predicament. Regrettably, my efforts proved futile as they did not take any action to rectify the situation.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request your intervention in this matter. It is disheartening to have paid for a service that was not rendered as promised. Therefore, I respectfully ask for your assistance in ensuring that my hard-earned money is promptly refunded.
