Text of Complaint by Syed Imran:

The Mobile number 8095195143 I had purchased in Vodaphone and have later ported to Jio. Using the number from past 10 years and connected to all my official and personal accounts. My number has been disconnected on Wednesday, 10th May 2023 evening around 6PM, without any proper intimation or information.
While contacting the customer care informed that the number has not been recharged from past 3 months hence its been disconnect. Share the details of the recharge done every month and recently recharge details are as follows 27th April 2023 I have recharged my number for the amount of 259 (1.5GB/Day) package from the Jio app through G-pay (Transaction num: 311793655822) valid for 30 Days. Hence raised complaint by calling customer care (Complaint number: SR-SR00001K4545)
After following up for a week time they have closed the complaint without solving, informed the reason second time as the connection has been deactivated from the government authority and they don’t have any further information to confirm the reason. Inform to provide the information or again raise a issue for the same, disconnected the line and block the alternate number from which I was contacting customer care.
Mail send to the TRAI authorized Jio services provider, attached the related documents, received the confirmation mail’s by Team Jio, Joy Chowdhury, Aman Narayan, Shruthi Sathe, Jannat Akhtar and Gaurav Banerjee even the same scenario confirmed as the Issue has been raised will be resolved soon and the back-end team will connect us in these regards. No response still
As I have not getting any update or response nor my number is getting activated, finally visited the Jio store R.T.Nagar, HSR Layout, Sahakar Nagar and Jio Center in Nagashetty halli. Inform the same above reason without any solution. As I Insisted to meet the concern person to understand the issue and get my number activated. But they are unable to activate the number and can’t explain the reason asked me to raise a FIR so they will connect with their legal team and they shall answer our query. After trying all the option calling customer care , Mailing to Jio team and even Visiting the multiple centers in Bangalore. My number is no where near to activate and get the details for deactivation the amount paid of Rs.259 was also taken and services not provided. Complete a case of fraud.
Hence raising the FIR to get back my number which is unauthorized deactivated by Jio and unable to use the services even after recharging for Rs.259 for the month.
