Text of Complaint by PADMA LAKDAN:

I booked a bus from Delhi to Chandigarh on 18Aug at 10am. I arrived at the busstand at 9:35 and tried navigating the location but the given Link was not working.After multiple attempts i stopped trying and started looking for the Platform on my own and somehow I reached at the lounge where the employee was very unethical.When i Complaint regarding not receiveing any call from the Driver or anyone and the giving link for direction was not working ,they argued with me.After this i called on a number given in the Msg after booking, a certain person answered and i told him to wait at the platform as i was about to reach it in a min or so. I arrived at the Platform at 10:01 the bus was already gone. I asked the working staff at the desk near the platform they started blaming me regarding everything.They kept on arguing with me even when i told them regarding not receiveing a Call regarding the boarding,the map not working and even contacting the bus driver (Ravinder:8130829782).The staff made me book another bus at 11 for which i had to pay extra 600 as they were not ready to adjust me for free in the next bus and Refund.I Even Complaint regarding to the customer care but their Response was the as well. The Customer care person told me that the policy of the company is to be on time and can’t even wait for a min as well whereas the last time i travelled from Nuego the bus Arrived an Hour Late which was meant to be at the location at 5 was arrived at 6 .That means its Ok To make the customer wait for an Hour Long but can’t even wait a min for the customers.

I Want to Raise a strict complaint of the bus Driver (Ravinder) and Conductor .And yes also the Staff At the lounge for not giving assistance at all Regarding anything
