sir/mam,
I am Ramandeep Singh want to state that unauthorized transaction was done from my paytm wallet used by mobile no 7087433161(attachment given below). It was a shock for me.Below given two transactions were done without my consent ,no OTP sent no mail sent and deduction took place.i am waiting from last 1 week for the solution but no solution is provided.
This case simply broken my trust i paytm and in future i will not use services.I request paytm to refund this amount but they denied to refund (attachment given).
I request you please intervene in this matter and help me to get my refund back of amount Rs 5148 and warn paytm to improve their security system.
