Text of Complaint by Shankar Sathikala:

  1. I have recharged 399/- 1.5 GB pack and the transaction number is s39282005-20190624 but I can’t get my Balence till now ,after recharge I see that within 1hour my Balence will get,till now I have no notification about recharge
  2. Kindly solve my problem
