I received a message at 7.30 pm on 13-06-2019, stating that Rs 150/- was deducted from my paytm wallet for payment of an order a Zomato. But I had not made any order at that time.
Order Id – ZTD-19-7779C8683735A
Txn Id – 24972538968
I tried to contact paytm support and they said they have no details except txn id and told me to contact zomato. Then I contact the customer support of zomato but they said no order was placed with the above-mentioned id.
I write an email to paytm and write to customer support of zomato but none of the merchant has replied to my query.
Plz help me with the matter
