Respected Sir,
It’s been over 2 months since i logged my complaint, there is not a single person i have called to mailed to. but all i ever got in return is the assurance and consolation words. A million apologies, uncounted mails and thousand assurances later, I am still here without any resolution. I was very well confident that writing to you will resolve my issue but it’s all in vain. hence, i very humbly request you to either resolve my issue of atleast give me in writing that my issue will never be resolve and i will also become a name in the long list of innocent and helpless customers cheated by big conglomerated like yours. at least i’ll have my closure.
Again I am very grateful for the wonderful experience I had.
