I’m unable to use Paytm since 8 months. Actually I added fastag to Paytm. But few months back we sale our vehicle. So I removed fastag. Soon then I contacted Paytm support. They said they will credit some amount once removing of fastag. After this i didn’t receive any money to my wallet. Later when I’m using any online transactions through Paytm. It’s not happening. So when I opened Paytm. It’s shows your Paytm wallet freezed. So i contacted cust support. They asked us to submit pan card copy. So i immediately added. But in their app. It’s not uploading. I took screenshots also. Even screenshots are not uploading.for this also i contacted them again. But no proper response from them. And it’s show’s maximum attempts reached. I said so many times. Till now no body solved my problem.. I’m using paytm from 2010 onwards. They are giving lakhs lakhs of rupees to recent customers as lucky draw. few days back also i contacted them. They asked us to go near by kyc centres. It’s not working there. Please ?? help me sir.
