Hi I rithu have booked a Ola electric scooter n it’s been 3 months I have not delivered the scooter yet .when I tried to reach the branch ty said it’s ordered online we can’t help n during customer care support cal ty said it’s mentioned it is delivered but wen I went n checked the branch it was lying in sdc damaged tis was informed by one of the manager ther now neither the vehicle is delivered nor we are able to trace details on call Bec ty don’t respond also complete amt was paid. I have complaint several times at customer care..
