An unknown loan from TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED showing in my CIBIL report which affecting my CIBIL score. Though I have never taken any loan from this company and its showing in report with pending due. When i searched more about the company then found its Mobikwik Zip pay later service. I used the service last year but paid all the bills on time. Then why the pending amount showing with open loan in report. I raise dispute on CIBIL & also raise complaint to Lendbox company. I tried to call many times to this company but no answer. Everytime says that our all operators are busy. Even i raised ticket on Mobikwik as well to close this account if i am not using this service. The purpose to raised concern here to take legal action against the company & resolve the issue facing many users only because of this company.
