I have booked air ticket from New delhi to srinagar via leh on 26 mar 21 on travolook.in. After all the payments done they called and told me that ticket cancelled due to fare expiration and they are initiating full refund. But now after 65 days refund not provided. Whever I contacted them always found a same reply that your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. This type of fraud to be stopped and refunds should be given.
