I have booked my international travel from cheapticket.in from Delhi to Auckland, my flight was cancelled due to an airline strike and I did not travel as per the plan. China airlines has sent a mail to cheapticket.in and advised them to refund my money and that there will not be any fee that needs to be paid because the flight was cancelled due to strike, however cheapticket.in is not refunding my money. I made all the effort to get China airlines to send an email to cheapticket.in to make the refund and the travel agent has not made any effort on this. Even after receiving the email to give me the refund they are not doing the needful. My registered email id is the same as mentioned below.

I can forward the email from the airline to the travel agent (if required) where they have mentioned to give me the refund.

Please help me get my hard earned money back from the agency.
