I have purchased a fun magic car to gift someone on 26/02/2019 from paytm mall and it reached to ballia on 05/03/2019 . It’s cost 1279 /- INR including delivery charge . but Delivery man saying me to pickup item from office which is distance nearly 3-4 km. From my home.
And it is wrong while I have paid delivery charge. I have complain it to paytm mall and E-com express nearly 10 time both but till now get any response from them Paytm complain no.- 113055331.
I want to claim of them for mentally harassment and delay charge.
