My friend had added 3500 from her bank account to paytm, but she was didn’t get any money transferred to her paytm account, although the money got debited from her bank account but that didn’t reflect in her paytm ACCOUNT. The transaction was done last Thursday and it’s been 1 week yet there is no money refunded back to her paytm or bank account. Please take the necessary actions if needed.
