Hi on the 8th I had made a flight booking using paytm and the booking reference is 4592229546 and before booking the ticket it showed as

But I wanted to reach mumbai on the 14 and paytm system is so horrible that they booked my tickets incorrectly now when I cancelled the tickets airindia says that total cancellation is 4500 and the remaining will be refunded and after few hours paytm sends an email as:-

So for two passengers paytm is making 4095 for they profit which is totally wrong. My 9500 has gone in water and paytm is not willing to refund 4500 to me they are refusing and saying that airindia has refunded this amount of 313 each. Now I need a asap resolution. My number is 9717398506
