Recently i got too many reminders frequently to pay my card dues even after the payments was done.
Main concern is that no doubt paytm track my card payment status and check for my dues but why it isn’t update the payment status after card bills being paid.
I contacted paytm and they asked to off app notifications in settings but it will off all dues reminders.
By providing too many reminders paytm bother us to pay our card bills only through their app instead of our official banking app or any other trusted platform.
