I ordered from zomato today and I prepaid my money for the order. then I got a call stating that my order will be canceled and I will get refund. I said ok . then he told my ordered will be delivered and I need to pay exact amount using cash or api on delivery. I said ok. the order came but I told him that order on zomato was not canceled he said it will be canceled in 15 minutes. so I paid 564 rupees and took my parcel. but now I lost my 564 and zomato is not responding to my complaint.
