Text of Complaint by Abhishek:

I have an issue where I have placed an order almost at 5 pm and I have been chatting with the agents about my order and customer service representative just tricked and ordered cancelled him. I have been requesting for the refund in my Zomato wallet or to place new order yet agent Mohammad neglected to see my chat. I want that agent to be get fired. Yet I am writing these email not to give a feed back. It’s a complaint against the agent who chatted with and these email is about my compensation done by wasting my two and half hours of time.
Even if it been transferred to escalation team no action has been taken. I have been waiting for the food for two and half hour. Agent yet to place my order still.
I want my compensation please go through the chat how long I have been chatting with you guys.
I am going to talk to my lawyer about incident and this is ridiculous support unbearable.
I want to sue why the order was cancelled first of all by your end without any reasons and the delivery partner is been not receiving call.
To connect to agent it takes 15 to 20 minutes and I am chatting with the agent yet agent has cancelled by order and straight away he is telling that is there anything else you want me to order.
This is ridiculous kind go through the chat of two hours conversation with you guys. I need a call immediately from your team to speak my lawyer. I am going to send a legal notice to Zomato.
Restaurant – has handed food to deliver guy when I spoke to them.
Customer service representative – cancelled the order and a pathetic service. I have literally chatted 2 hours.
Delayed in responding untill it goes till 9PM.
I didn’t ask for refund though I didn’t had food till 9-10PM, Feb 12th.
At 10PM my stomach started aching.
I have emailed several to escalation team till 2:30AM Feb 13th.
Now it’s almost 4 AM. I have went through sleepless night. I am still going to pain and suffered due to these and wasted lots of time and energy.
I am sharing these points on social media platforms.
If something happens to me today Zomato company will responsible for all the issue cause and damage.
