Respected sir I have a ticket u a Toofan train the train was cancelled partly only travelled Sri Ganganagar to Agra but my ticket is confirmed from Bhatinda to Kanpur Central when I found train not traveling to Kanpur then I told the customer care number of IRCTC they told me if train is cancelled then your refund automatically return in your account but my refund is not returned then I again told to customer care number of IRCTC then after again I told they told me if train is partly cancelled customer should file TDR for refund what this information is not give give to me e last time talk ok to customer care that’s why I am not file TDR that’s why I am I am unable to find mine amount refund kindly help me out this problem thank you sir
