dear sir i paid 20th march electricity bill of usc 109499871 amt of rs 58278 through tsspdcl app through paytm with credit card of sbi.transaction successful.but not credited in my usc account.i contact tsspdcl members they are not responding they tell contact paytm gateway icontacted paytm through mail and call no response.after that 27th of march ipaid the bill through direct paytm app.it will shows successful and amount credited in my usc.its doubble time pay ment.plz help me sir.iwill attach the photos of screen shots.
