In last December I bought big bazaar profit club voucher by paying ₹10,000 and in return they provide me ₹12,500. But unfortunately big bazaar outlets have been shutdown in my city and also e-commerce portal of big bazaar not active anymore. They are not reachable either email nor phone. I have to still ₹9000 in their wallet
Please advise.
