Hi,
I have purchased various passes for the event where zomato was one of the sponsor and provided discount on food ordered by their Application.
As i am trying to apply the code of promotion for discount it was not working and i contacted the customer care of zomato which they told they will add in the credit of my zomato. Till then it was fine but the food i received was very bad and spilled all over the box i could not eat it and as i contacted the customer care again the were very rude , racist, not helpfull and also threatening. They were using power very wrongly and also they dismissed the code which is valid till 20 April 2019 . I Have purchased the pass very costly and i also don’t get the benefits of it.This is very wrong happening.
