They did not deliver the product to prime member in a prime sale which was ordered as soon as the prime sale time started.
They updated fake information in Order Tracking System.
When contacted to amazon several times, the only solution they provided on every call is to wait next 48 hours to get an update on this. which is an endless loop and they never give any update. and they told to wait to receive the product within 24 to 48 hours on each call with them.
Then without any consent, the status has been changed that its being returned to the seller.
Now they are assuring refund after they receive the product at their warehouse.
Order status was constant “Out For Delivery” for about a week duration. No one delivered, No one contacted from the courier company. Even after several calls with Amazon Care, they didn’t follow up with the courier company.
