Just in Jan-23 change my Tataplay HD box, but last few weeks some channels showing problem. Had discussed with customer care officer and he suggested to change HD box that it was in warranty.
So why this type of faulty HD box (1002649638) was installed, and now executive request for engineer visit charge of 200, so i am not in agreement.
So do the needful with priority.
