Text of Complaint by DR PINAKIN VALAND:

In Jan -23 New Tataplay HD box was purchased. Now from the last one month having problem to view some channels. I discussed with Tataplay Team for the same and they are in agreement that HD box having issue and it was under warranty so they will replace it, but they demand for 200 rs visit charge.
I denied for the same because HD box was faulty and its under warranty, also this is their mistake so i will not pay service charge.

So today i received Tataplay mail (Service Request No : 4PLNTW43) and they are not in agreement to waiver of visit charge. So i am writing to you for the same and also suggest if you have any comments.
