On 5th july tataplay sale person came to my shop and telling me we have launch corporate plan you have to pay 2778₹. In that tataplay gives you binge+ Android box and fire stick free with that and out of 2778 I will received 778 back as account balance. And for 13 ott plus Netflix and Amazon Prime monthly recharge is 299. After I pay next day tataplay technician install box and telling me for your recharge you have to call that sales person but after that no one pick up my phone. I compliant this to tataplay about all this they reply we can’t help you and also denied to refund my money.
