TataCliq / Tata Cliq product never received but marked delivered in the app.
I received the sms on 4th December of item delivered.
I checked with watchman and neighbors, they mentioned no package was received.
Also the OTP was not requested before delivering the product.
When raised complaint about the issue, they said the issue should have been raised within 3 days hence cannot help.
On the app or website I couldn’t find anywhere mentioned this policy or not easy to be found. Obviously, other wise they will not be able to scam customers.
I had bought Kurta for 1900 which is vanished and no where to be found and no resolution received from TataCliq / Tata Cliq.
Now the money is also gone and the product is also gone.
Thank god I didn’t buy any jewellery or expensive product but this is height of scam from Tata.
But I need either my money or Kurta.
