Dear Sir/Madam,

Hope you are doing well.

I had made a purchase of Voltas air cooler from online portal Flipkart on 21st Jan 2023. When I checked the product, I found that product was not working. So i reached out to customer care and raised the issue. Request for service was raised to my district voltas service center i.e Karwar (Uttara Kannada Dist – Karnataka state). After waiting for almost 20 days I had a technician visit who changed PCB one part and fixed the problem.

Air cooler worked fine for couple of weeks and now again I am facing the same issue. I had raised the request 2 weeks back and I do not see any technician visit till now. Please look into this matter seriously. I don’t see service been provided properly in this district for tata products. I was generally fan or tata products hence opted to buy it. I am very much disappointed with the service and response. I have a baby for whom I had purchased the cooler and in these 3 months time I have used it hardly for 10 days due to the product fault, due to which it is also affecting baby due to heat. I hope you understand my situation. Requesting you to take necessary action and help me get the replacement or fix of this problem ASAP.

1st request resolved : 17th Feb 2023

Current request : 23030713097 date :6 or 7th March 2023

It is already been more then 10 days and technician doesn’t even pick the call.
