I am an old customer of Tatasky bearing subscriber ID 1124304047.since since my setup box was not working your Bangalore mechanic agent installed new digital setup box and gave new subscriberID1460719444 and removed old box and from then on old box removed and old no became inactive.
On 8th of this month I wrogly recharged for old no transaction ID being NX 22080816185913833580661
I am requesting all your staff through voice chat to refund my amount of Rs 214.But no response
So I request you to consider my case sympathetically and refund payment made to dead subscriber ID 1124304047.
Otherwise I will be constrained to move court of law
