My Self Rumpa Chakrborty,My Subscriber id-1122633959,,For last two days I am very upset with your service,feel like I have committed some crime by using your connection…like every month,on this month I also did my monthly recharge,but the picture was not coming on the TV, I thought it was because of the bad weather, but the next day the same thing happened,I called the customer care,and requested a service,service id-3RK8L2QV.next day as usual a service guy came,, he came and checked first a said L.M.P something bad so i said ok replace it , he replaced it as usual ,But the picture didn’t come on the TV,then he said he has to check the main box,then he took out a new box from his bag to check the picture came,then I told him the new box and how much is the price,he said 400 rupees,I told him okay all right,Yes,you can please change it,but he then said that we can’t give this box,you have to buy a new box by paying 1800 rupees,I was surprised and said,If I don’t need an Android box, why should I take it? then he take a call his senior. Talked to him and he told me to wait for 3-4 months,,if H.D Box comes then he will tell me, and if doesn’t come he can’t tell me,after saying this his man left,,after that Day ,,I have done many complain,id-3RNIH7RV,but no one can give me solution yet, I can’t see it after paying money,,for so long and I have done one complain for Compensation. Id-3RNGWGUT,but no solution in that. if,is it to possible then you can provide me HD box or you can full refund of my connection.Please solve me as soon as possible, otherwise I will be going to consumer court.
