my existing plan ie 249 pm and I am happy with it – but now it has been upgraded to 399 without my consent and answer that 249 plan is now revoked from market ?
How can a company insist any customer ?
Any new condition / plan should be applicable for new customers only not for existing one, if company don’t have any other than at least a grace period of 3 month must be provided.
Had repeated discussion with your executive one of them told me to send message OUT to 199 – done on March 17, 2019 (before billing cycle) but no positive response.
expecting for a satisfactory resolution.
