I was booking IRCTC tkt on 1/1/2019 through Paytm but, transaction failed two times. But refund from Paytm still pending since last one week.CC Transaction No. 66833201531paytm ID101884273488 cash Rs.2359.10 my complaint nos.103362746 dt.1/1/2019 and 109780848 dt.04/01/2019 have not been attended so far.
