Dear Vijay Shekhar Sharma / Team,

This is to inform you that i’m having Tax charges related issue which was applied on last 4 received payment & no one informed me about that that’s why i registered complaint by called on your helpline & your agent ( Vinay )was called me regarding my concern & not agree to listen me & rudely talked with me and just told some hindi words ( Meri Baat Suno , Meri Baat Dhyan se suno ) after that closed my case without my permission . kindly take a necessary action on this unprofessional agent & resolve my issue by refund the tax charges .

Note :- Please refund the tax charges so that can I pay my Paytm Postpaid bill .
