PayTM

Dear sir, I purchased a health policy through a fraud company call and mail named oriental health india on date 12 sep 2020,i made payment Rs 17500 from my credit card through paytm payment link,after 2days I conformed from original insurance company its afraud company,then up to till date i continue mail to paytm regarding this transaction,paytm did not provide any information about this fraud business account or any refund,I also complain in national cyber portal but its status showing under progress about 12 days.

My Paytm account has been blocked by Paytm. I don’t know what happened wrong. I asked for explanation they say as per directive from Crime Police Bhopal my account has been blocked. Paytm says my account can be unblocked only if they get NOC from Crime Police telangana
