This is complaint regarding a facebook seller “Suman Seth ” who is cheating customers by not providing the products. I orderd 2 sari from her and paid full amount for that but she sent only 1 sari but on the sent packet it was written that it has 2 quantity. When i complain her , she said ok cancel the order and i’ll place it again. but when i returned that sari she said you return 1 piece so i’ll refund for 1 but the problem was here that she cheated, she taken price of 2 sari and she sent me only 1 sari and then given me suggestion that it is common in online purchase now you can’t do anything.
