My issue is that I lost my SIM card because of this I went to the Vodafone store opp. Ganesh Kachori for reissue my sin card from the same number which I lost.
But they were not helping me so they should have helped me and should have fixed my problem but rather than they have tried to trap me for postpaid service and then they says to me that if I get the postpaid plan from the same number which I lost then they can solve my problem otherwise they can’t do.
I was like totally shocked after listening them bcoz what is the way of sense in this rule.And after that I came out from this store with having some doubt in my mind.
I understood that they have trying to trap me for a postpaid plan. Now I came to the another store which is at the Nirman Vihar metro station.
And they have solved my problem in just 10 minutes without any stupid conversation and unsense rule.
Now after this again I am going to the Shakarpur’s Vodafone store for show them theirs stupidity and theirs trapping behaviour.
And I said to them that call your manager I want to talk to him. And I want to make video of their badness and their miss behaviour after that all the male employees of this Shakarpur Vodafone store have tried to tussled with me and my son and fought with me and my son and they have also tried to snatched my son’s phone.
But somehow Me and my son Ram from there for saved me and my son from those people. The cctv photoge of all this matter should be captured in CCTV camera of Shakarpur Vodafone’s store.
Respected sir I request to you please help me for give them a hard punishment and hard lesson about their bad behaviour with me and my son and with all customers they do.
