| I joined Ramanasri Mathematics Optional Coaching institute’s Self Learning Program (http://mathematicsoptional.com/self-study-program/) for Mathematics Optional in cibil Services Exam on 12th October 2017 paying INR 15500 (proof attached for application form and cash transaction). It is a test series program where the institute has to provide question paper and solutions (in the order he mentioned in his website) and correct my answer sheets. He never gave me any question paper or corrected my answer sheets on time. He never provided solutions as he has promised. The promise was that he will provide the corrected answer sheets within 2 business days. I enquired about it before joining the program via mail (Proof attached). He randomly gave some question paper after asking for so many times. When I asked for better service, he told me to discontinue the program without providing any refund (email attached as proof). He mentally tortured me in between the examination by saying that he’ll see me in court. I demand the refund of the entire fee I paid (INR 15500) along with a compensation of 100% of fee I paid. |
