I have not received the refund against the cancellation of the order number 40204614305187506 in Amazon. I have spoken to the customer care desk 2-3 times and every time they confirmed me that it would be credited within next 5 days. But from 29th September till date I have not received the same.

A bosch machine was ordered on exchange. During delivery there was no trolley for the delivery person. He had to carry that heavy machine. It was totally inhuman to see him and the truck driver.
