In the past 15 days, the delivery agent has been misplacing order, delivering after office hours or cancelling orders without informing me. Even delivered items are of wrong quality or wrong description. I got my delivery from Amazon on 23rd of july, but the product was missing so I informed to the Amazon service, then told me not to worry the issue will be resolved. but till today no information and they are denying for product refund/replace.
