Hi,
It’s about the 4 cancelled orders placed on July 16 and July 17 through HDFC NetBanking.

All 4 orders got cancelled but the amount got debited from bank side. I have raised charge dispute bank in bank side in which they clearly stated transaction is successful and they want non receipt of funds confirmation from Amazon.

But am repeatedly reaching each day with different Amazon customer service executive who first told
1. I will receive refund in 3 to 5 days
2. Then since it’s NetBanking I will receive refund in 5 to 7 business days.
3. After that they told, check with bank side
4. After that they asked to raise charge dispute form.
5. Now they are saying we will raise ticket to backend team but no mail of proof or ticket they can provide saying its internal.
Daily I end up wasting an hour explaining the issue to a new customer executive who has no knowledge of understanding the actual concern .

They are not checking properly where money is struck and simply telling check with bank again and not agreeing to give Non receipt of funds confirmation also..

It’s not just 100 or 200 rupees.. It’s more than 2200 rupees for which am being dragged more than 15 days with no proper resolution provided from Amazon.

It’s really frustrating experience I ever had in my lifetime on a shopping website.

I request the team to address my concern pls.
