I ordered Redmi 9 Prime from Amazon India on 12th July 2021 (order no. 408-2667678-4069154) Seller: Darshita Aashiyana Private Ltd, with five day delivery request. The package was delivered on 17th July 2021 and i shoot that unboxing video and i saw the mobile & accessories was missing. A complaint was made to Amazon customer care and Thet was asked to wait for 5 days for investigation to get over. Upon contacting seller, I was told that Amazon has handled the packaging and delivery. A complaint was also made on Amazon’s Twitter account by me and submitted full details of complaint, which I did along with Video Proof of the package received. I meanwhile ordered Mobile Phone Again, hoping that Amazon will be able to find the problem with the missing item. However, after 5 days, when I contacted customer care, I was told that nothing wrong was found in the investigation and they cannot do anything about my missing item. Same reply was received on 22nd July 2021 from the social media team. I asked for investigation proof from Amazon but did not receive any reply. I want to take legal recourse against Amazon India and their delivery service. This is a clear case of fraud. Item for which I paid has not been delivered to me and the company refuses to take responsibility.
